Since my youth I’ve been able to devour an ice cream cone without batting an eye. Not much has changed.. just the seasons. A friend of mine was almost side swiped by a Buick while chasing after the fading melody of the neighborhood ice cream truck. The summer siren of the streets, the ice-cream truck never fails to deliver. Drawing kids and adults alike, Mr.Softee is a symbol of summertime in the city. You can’t go wrong with a cherry dipped vanilla soft serve!
Booooooza is the stretch armstrong of the ice-cream world. This traditional ice cream of the Middle East and Turkey is made of a magical ingredient called sahlab, which provides it with the ability to resist melting.
